EXP Skills + Sips | Mini Gymnastics Clinics Hosted by Games Athlete Emily Morin

Join us for a fun-filled day to support Games athlete Emily Morin as she preps for The Masters CrossFit Games!

🏋️‍♀️ Emily will be leading 3 mini gymnastics clinics open to all levels.

8:30am Handstand Work
9:15am Bar Work
10am Ring Work

☕ Sip on fresh brews from Cheetah Coffee Co.

Participation in clinics is free to all!
Optional donations will be collected day of. give what you can! coffee proceeds and all donations go directly to help cover Emily’s travel and competition expenses.
